Frequently asked questions

  1. Which months will be free?

    The 11th and 12th months of your first membership year will be free. For subsequent years, you will receive the 12th month free.

  2. Can I choose which months are free?

    No, only the 11th and 12th months of your first membership year will be free.

  3. Are student and reduced fares eligible?

    No, however, all OPUS+ members receive the 12th month of their membership for free.

    Consult the fare classification to see whether you are eligible for the student fare or the reduced fare! 

  4. Can I sign up at any time of the year and still be eligible for the promotion?

    However, all OPUS+ members receive the 12th month of their membership for free. 

  5. Do I have to pay for the 10 months in advance?

    No, payments are done by monthly direct debit on the 11th day of the month preceding the fare’s validity.

  6. Can I cancel my membership?

    You can cancel your membership at any time, without penalties. If you decide to cancel for the following month, you must do so before the 10th day of the current month. However, if you cancel your membership, the offer for the 11th and 12th free months will no longer be valid.
