As of June 1, 2017, this sector of the Réseau de transport métropolitain (RTM) corresponds to the territory previously served by the Urbis Transport urbain Les Moulins. Regular transport and paratransit services, transit passes, fares, schedules and other policies will remain the same until further notice.



To serve you better, a taxibus service (booked in advance) is available for certain areas. Call 450 471-4723 at least 30 minutes ahead of time. Stops and schedules are fixed.

Vélo-bus service

Cycling to work, to school or to discover new places? The Vélo-bus makes your bike trip easier! Ride the Vélo-bus with your bike free of charge, to and from the stop of your choice! First come, first served! No reservations required. You do have to pay your regular fare, however.

Buses are equipped with a bike rack for up to two regular bikes. Bikes are not allowed inside the buses. You need to load and unload the bike by yourself. You must be aged 16 or over, and be able to load your bike without assistance.

Vélo-bus availability:

  • Until 8:00 p.m. from April 14 to June 1
  • Until 9:30 p.m. from June 2 to August 31
  • Until 7:30 p.m. from September 1 to October 31

Loading the bicycle : 6 easy steps for safe boarding:

  1. Show up at the stop with your bicycle a few minutes ahead of time.
  2. Remove all accessories from your bicycle: child seat, water bottle, bag, pump, etc.
  3. Tell the driver you want to use the bike rack.
  4. Unfold the rack and hold it in a horizontal position with one hand while holding your bike with the other. Grip the handle and pull it upwards to open the locking mechanism, then pull the rack down toward you.
  5. Lift up your bicycle and place its wheels in the spaces provided. The first bicycle racked should be closest to the front of the bus.
  6. Lift the locking arm by pulling on the spring and bring it down to the highest point of the front wheel.

Unloading the bicycle:  4 easy steps for safe unloading:

  1. Tell the driver you want to take your bike off the rack.
  2. Bring the locking arm to its horizontal position..
  3. Remove your bike from the rack.
  4. If there are no other bicycles on the rack, put the rack back into the upright position.


Consult current information on tickets available, fares  and points of sale.

Free for children: 

  • Children 5 years old or younger ride for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid travel pass or ticket.
  • Reduced fare for children 6 to 11 in the case of children travelling alone, or as of the third child accompanied by an adult paying full fare. Children must have an OPUS card with photo.

Group outings: Are you thinking of travelling as a group? Simplify your travel by purchasing group tickets. To take advantage of this service, call 450 471-9576 (option 1+1) at least 48 hours ahead of time. We can then make the necessary preparations. Maximum of 15 people per group. 

Local transit: Residents of Terrebonne and Mascouche aged 65 or more are entitled to travel free of charge on internal lines, provided they have an annual pass loaded on their photo OPUS card. Such passes are available from the Terrebonne terminus only. Non-residents, for their part, are entitled to reduced fares. 

Free park-and-ride lots

Urbis has made three park-and-ride lots available for public transit users, including two lots in cooperation with the Réseau de transport métropolitain (RTM). A total of 1,462 parking spaces are available for MRC Les Moulins public transit users.

You may be entitled to door-to-door public paratransit. You can commute by taxi, adapted taxi or paratransit bus, depending on your needs and the resources available at the time you need the service. View the eligibility criteria, the types of transit available and how to registero.

Reserve, modify or cancel your commute

To register for paratransit services, you will need to fill out a request for admission. Plan on making your travel request a few hours or days ahead of time: 

    • Between 8:00 and noon and between 1:00 and 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday
    • From 8:00 a.m. to noon on Fridays.

Travel may only take place within the following periods of time:

  • Between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.from Sunday to Friday,
  • Between 7 a.m. and midnight on Saturdays.


The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Cash, with exact change;
  • Paper ticket for adapted transport (6-ticket strip);
  • Virtual monthly pass;
  • Monthly pass on an OPUS card.

Free and reduced fares:

  • Children aged 5 or less: free
  • Children 6 to 11: free if accompanied by an adult paying regular fare (maximum of 2 children per adult)
  • 6 to 25: reduced fare for commuters going to school full time
  • Age 16 to 64: regular fare for commuters not attending school full time
  • 65 or over: free on zone 1 internal routes and reduced fare on zone 2 external routes
